The Chegini Group has been selected to be a finalist to submit on The North Main Corona Metrolink project. The Chegini Group has proposed a $150 million mixed-use office, hotel, and retail Transit Oriented Development (TOD). The project is a joint venture development with the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC). The project is one of the few public/private developments on a mass transit site. The project is located in the heart of the City of Corona redevelopment zone. The Chegini Group has submitted as the one and only finalist. This project may result in the construction of up to 350,000 square feet of office, retail and hotel. While the site is excellent for almost any business the Chegini Group is actively pursuing post secondary schools as tenants.
